Kalea marketplace terms

Kalea is a marketplace run by Neony for produce grown by farmers and suppliers in our network. These terms apply to every order you place on Kalea.

Your account

• Give us your real name and contact details, and keep them up to date.
• Your account is approved once you have verified your mobile number or email address and accepted these terms.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed with it.

Prices and produce

• Each listing shows the supplier, the fixed sale unit, and the final price per unit. Prices include all Kalea fees.
• You order whole units only. Prices and availability are confirmed at checkout.

Paying

• You pay online through Paystack when you check out. We do not accept cash, manual transfers, or payment on collection.
• We hold your stock for ten minutes while you pay. An order is confirmed only once we have verified your payment.

Collecting your order

• We tell you when your order is ready. Orders are collected, not delivered.
• Collect during our published operating hours using your one-time collection code. We hold a ready order until close of business on the next working day, then contact you.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can abandon an order at any time before you pay.
• Once you have paid, contact Neony to ask about cancelling. Refunds are handled case by case.

Messages from us

• We send essential order updates by email.
• We send stock, special, and price alerts only if you opt in, and you can stop them at any time.
